Changes are rapidly being made to Guild Wars 2. Each day a new build comes out with a few tweaks here and several fixes there. Normally, ArenaNet posts an overview of the alterations on the official Guild Wars 2 Wiki. Today, however, detailed update notes are available for the interested Tyrian.
These notes include changes to professions, general areas, and the story found in Guild Wars 2. To begin, rangers will be happy to see their pets’ F2 ability fire quicker instead of the pet executing an auto-attack before listening to his or her master. Not to mention, pets are no longer revivable with the “F” key. This should eliminate accidental, and sometimes bothersome, pet revival when any player is trying to loot.
While on the subject of the “F” key’s many uses, it’s a pleasure to see some work being done to its functionality. Pressing the key now has a priority. When pressing “F” the player’s selection will take top priority, loot will come next, reviving and stomping are third, and everything else will occur after.
Finally, the following storyline steps have been fixed after certain blocking issues, difficulty problems, or general bugs.
•"Forging the Pact"
•"Bad Blood"
•"Mirror, Mirror"
•"The Hatchery"
•"Dredging up the Past"
Please note that the changes listed here are compiled from September 8th and September 9th patch notes. Some changes are scheduled to occur tonight, September 9th at midnight PST.
